Bachelor's Degree Programme Aerospace Engineering

The Bachelor's degree programme in Aerospace Engineering is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of aerospace engineering.

Programme Details

The programme focuses on the mechanics of flight, aerospace construction and structures, aerospace plants and systems, fluid dynamics and aerodynamics, and aerospace propulsion.

Specialist Pathways

In Year 3, students will have to choose their specialist pathway from among the following:

• Theoretical Foundation of Aerospace Engineering This pathway focuses on the mechanics of flight, aerospace construction and structures, aerospace plants and systems, fluid dynamics and aerodynamics, and aerospace propulsion.
• Aerospace Technology and Aeronautics Maintenance - EASA Part-66 pathway The main contents, partially similar to those of the previous pathway, are labour market-oriented, with a mandatory internship at a company and training supervised by ENAC (Italian Civil Aviation Authority). This training is officially recognized by ENAC: all graduates obtain the Class C Aircraft Maintenance Licence, according to the international standard: EASA Part-66.
