The Master's Degree in Engineering of Cinema and Digital Media is designed to operate in the media area, responding to innovation challenges that characterize companies and new digital production contexts.
Program Objectives
The program aims to provide students with advanced skills in the field of cinema and media technologies, enabling them to respond to innovation processes in new companies and digital production contexts. Graduates will be able to:
- Follow the different phases of the digital supply chain, from concept to market placement of the multimedia product, and create audiovisual, cinematic, and multimedia products for offline and online consumption (including the web)
- Design and develop 2D and 3D computer graphics applications, computer animation, and virtual reality applications
- Design and develop applications related to online and offline gaming
- Design and produce immersive 360° video content
- Intervene with adequate skills in the field of sound design and sound production in all phases of audio processing (acquisition, recording, coding, compression, transmission, and sound processing) for multimedia and musical productions
- Design web applications and develop complex internet projects
- Manage all aspects of complex media systems and interact with all figures involved, from highly specialized technological figures to the world of creators and marketing analysis
- Analyze and understand user needs, ideate concepts, develop strategies that integrate marketing and communication experiences to achieve a specific goal
