The Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) is designed to provide an education and professional level qualification in the fields of quantity surveying, construction management, building technology, building structures, building surveying, and housing studies.

Admission Criteria
Admission criteria are grouped to assist in finding relevant information. Applicants must meet one of the following criteria with a competitive result and demonstrate fulfillment of any prerequisite requirements and essential requirements for admission:
- Recent Secondary Education: Meet any prerequisite requirements with a minimum grade of C- or equivalent, and:
- Qualify for the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE), and achieve a competitive Selection Rank (ATAR)
- Complete secondary qualifications equivalent to SACE
- Complete the International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum score of 24 points
- Higher Education Study: Complete or partly complete a recognized higher education program at a recognized higher education institution, or complete at least four Open Universities Australia (OUA) courses at undergraduate level or above, or complete the Associate Degree in Engineering at the University of South Australia
- Vocational Education and Training (VET): Complete an award from a registered training organization at Certificate IV or above
- Work and Life Experience: Qualify for Special Entry, or complete a 12-month UniSA Foundation Studies program or equivalent, or hold completed secondary qualifications equivalent to SACE obtained more than 2 years in the past

In addition to meeting academic entry requirements, international students who speak English as a second or additional language must also meet the University's English language entry requirements:
- English Language Test: IELTS total [6], IELTS reading [6], IELTS writing [6]

Rules and Notes
- This program requires students to complete the UniSA STEM Professional Practice Program (PPP) and accrue at least 450 hours (60 days FTE) of discipline and/or industry-related skills and competencies prior to graduation.
- To qualify for professional accreditation and full recognition, students must complete two courses in the same area of specialization in their final year.
- Upon completion of the UniSA STEM Professional Practice Program (PPP), students will be invited to enroll into this course and complete the required assessment for the course.
