Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours)

The Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) is a four-year undergraduate program designed to provide an education and professional level qualification in the fields of quantity surveying, construction management, building technology, building structures, building surveying, and housing studies.

Program Overview

• The program requires the completion of courses totaling 144 units.
• It is structured to provide a common core with elective specializations in three areas: Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, and Building Surveying.
• Work-integrated learning is facilitated through the UniSA STEM Professional Practice Program, requiring students to gain at least 450 hours (60 days FTE) of skills and competencies through a range of engagement activities.

Admission Criteria

• Recent secondary education: Meet any prerequisite requirements with a minimum grade of C- or equivalent, and qualify for the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) with a competitive Selection Rank (ATAR).
• Higher education study: Complete or partly complete a recognized higher education program at a recognized higher education institution.
• Vocational Education and Training (VET): Complete an award from a registered training organization at Certificate IV or above.
• Work and life experience: Qualify for Special Entry, complete a 12-month UniSA Foundation Studies program or equivalent, or hold completed secondary qualifications equivalent to SACE obtained more than 2 years in the past.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fee for international students is AUD $39,400 per annum (per 1.0 EFTSL) for students enrolled in 2025.
