The Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) is a four-year undergraduate program designed to provide an education and professional level qualification in the fields of quantity surveying, construction management, building technology, building structures, building surveying, and housing studies.

- It is structured to provide a common core with elective specializations in three areas: Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, and Building Surveying.
- Work-integrated learning is facilitated through the UniSA STEM Professional Practice Program, requiring students to gain at least 450 hours (60 days FTE) of skills and competencies through a range of engagement activities.
Admission Criteria
- Recent secondary education: Meet any prerequisite requirements with a minimum grade of C- or equivalent, and qualify for the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) with a competitive Selection Rank (ATAR).
- Higher education study: Complete or partly complete a recognized higher education program at a recognized higher education institution.
- Vocational Education and Training (VET): Complete an award from a registered training organization at Certificate IV or above.
- Work and life experience: Qualify for Special Entry, complete a 12-month UniSA Foundation Studies program or equivalent, or hold completed secondary qualifications equivalent to SACE obtained more than 2 years in the past.
