- What is required to participate in camp?
- Campers/Parents must complete the online Chef Camp registration form, pay the camp fee, and submit the photo release and pickup policy forms.
- What is the camp schedule?

- What will campers be eating?
- Campers will be served a light breakfast on Monday and Friday. All other days breakfast will not be provided.
- Campers will eat lunch on-site. Generally, they will be eating what they are cooking!
- Campers are encouraged to bring their own water bottle. When working in the kitchen we only allow water, campers will not have access to soda.
- Accommodations can be made for allergies and sensitivities.
- Also, be prepared for your camper to possibly come home with leftovers for the family!
- Will campers be able to have their phones?
- Campers will be able to use their phones during break times, as appropriate. Campers will be expected to act responsibly with access to their phones and will not be permitted to use phones during hands-on activities or in the kitchen.
- What should campers bring?
- Campers should bring the following to camp:
- Apron (provided by camp on first day)
- Optional water bottle
- Any emergency medication they may need

- Long pants, T-shirt, and closed-toed rubber soled shoes.
- Clothing should be appropriate for a school/study environment (i.e. no mid-drifts, tanks or muscle tees)

- No lunch and drinks will be provided. You can send extra drinks or snacks with your camper if you would like.
Meet our Chef Camp Director
- Jason Lindley Executive Chef of Skyviews Restaurant
- Executive Chef Lindley, a Texas Tech graduate, has been in his position for the past 7 years. Over that time he has worked through a total re-design of Skyviews restaurant through culinary innovation and one-on-one student direction. His consistent and creative production has awarded him praise throughout some of the longest-tenured academics West Texas has to offer. When Jason is not molding the minds of college students, he has 4 children of his own who he proudly keeps active in athletic and academic programs throughout the region.
