Introduction to Taylor's Restaurant

Taylor's Restaurant is a full-service operation run by students, providing an interactive food experience with a new cuisine featured each week. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, during the fall and spring semesters.


Menu and Pricing

  • The lunch price is $16.95, with desserts available for an additional $3.25.
  • Menu items are subject to change and may include a variety of international cuisines, such as Spanish, Chinese, German, Italian, Greek, French, and Latin American.
  • Examples of menu items include:
    • Hot cereal and oatmeal bar
    • Salads, such as spinach, mixed greens, and fruit salad
    • Main dishes, such as French toast casserole, biscuits and gravy, and eggs Benedict
    • Accompaniments, such as smoked salmon display and jalapeno cheddar cornbread
    • Interactive stations, such as paella and beef bourguignon

  • Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made through the website or by phone.
  • Walk-ins are limited and based on daily reservations.
  • Metered parking is available adjacent to the restaurant.
