Introduction to Taylor's Restaurant
Taylor's Restaurant is a full-service operation run by students, providing an interactive food experience with a new cuisine featured each week. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, during the fall and spring semesters.
Menu and Pricing
- The lunch price is $16.95, with desserts available for an additional $3.25.
- Menu items are subject to change and may include a variety of international cuisines, such as Spanish, Chinese, German, Italian, Greek, French, and Latin American.
- Examples of menu items include:
- Hot cereal and oatmeal bar
- Salads, such as spinach, mixed greens, and fruit salad
- Main dishes, such as French toast casserole, biscuits and gravy, and eggs Benedict
- Accompaniments, such as smoked salmon display and jalapeno cheddar cornbread
- Interactive stations, such as paella and beef bourguignon
