Course Objectives
After completing the course, students should be able to:
- Understand, find, and mine biomedical data sources
- Devise strategies for the mining of aggregated and sparse data
- Identify static and responsive databases and interact with them
- Perform basic data mining operations, including ontological enrichments and pathway
etwork analysis - Evaluate the quality of data and their usability in further contexts
