Emmaus Program
The Emmaus program is a two-day experience that invites participants to explore graduate theological studies through a particular encounter with the students, faculty, and staff of the Clough School of Theology and Ministry.
Program Features
The program features:
- Discernment workshop focused on attentiveness to how God is inviting participants to use their gifts in service to the church and world.
- Various encounters with the community of the Clough School of Theology and Ministry, including sitting in on a course; attending mass; and meeting with current students, faculty, and staff
- A community of peers who share a similar sense of calling
- Introduction to the graduate school application process
Eligibility
The program invites applications from young adults ages 19-29 exploring the alignment of Catholic theological education with their vocational goals or those who seek to minister within marginalized communities.
Application Process
The application process for Emmaus will, in a shortened way, mirror the application to graduate studies. This is to help participants gain familiarity with the process.
Cost
There is no cost to participate in Emmaus. The school will pay for participants' hotel and travel (from within the United States).
