Learning Objectives
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:
- Name methods for controlling, designing, and leading insurance processes
- Explain the content and approach of process management
- Apply the above methods in practical case studies
- Implement reference processes in a targeted manner
- Evaluate individual processes using process planning and analysis
Learning Setting
The course uses a blended learning concept, combining online and self-study phases with few presence events.

- A first university degree is required.

Performance Records
The allocation of credit points is based on the completion of a written or oral examination.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the module, students receive a certificate and a supplement listing the module contents.
