Objectives

Implementation

The program consists of ten weekly lectures and related tasks. The opening lecture is held as a live online lecture and later published as a recording. For the following nine weeks, video lectures are published weekly in the program's Moodle workspace, along with tutoring and optional guest lectures.

The primary textbook is "Total Quality Management and Operational Excellence: Text with Cases" by JS Oakland, RJ Oakland, and MA Turner (5th edition), along with additional materials provided during the course.

Assessment

Students complete weekly tasks related to the lecture material, including substantive questions and applied homework. These tasks are assessed weekly, and the final grade (on a scale of 1-5 or fail) is based on the sum of these weekly assessments.
