Program Overview

The Spring Break in London & Paris program is a unique opportunity for students to explore the iconic cities of London and Paris while learning about business in the United Kingdom and France. The program is offered by the Center for Advanced Global Leadership and Engagement (CAGLE) and takes place from March 14-22, 2026.

The Basics

• Instructor: Aaron Sun, Department of Economics
• Travel Dates: March 14-22, 2026
• Application Fee: $50 (non-refundable, to be applied to program fees)
• Program Fee: $3200 total travel cost + $200 Study Abroad Admin Fee + Airfare
• Course Options: 3 credit hours from one of the following:
  • BADM 4093(G): Study Abroad Business Impacts of Contemporary International Culture
  • BADM 4050: Business Colloquium: Doing Business in London/Paris
  • BADM 5093: Study Abroad: Applied Business Studies
  • BADM 5200: Selected Master of Business Administration Topics
  • ECON 4850(G): Applied Studies in Economics
• On Campus Meeting Dates:
  • Friday, Feb. 6, 2026 - 3:30 p.m. (Orientation)
  • Monday, Feb. 16, 2026 - 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026 - 6 p.m.
  • Monday, March 9, 2026 - 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 31, 2026 - 6 p.m.

Airfare

• It is the student's responsibility to purchase their own ticket.
• CAGLE could assist in organizing air travel.
• All accepted students will receive the faculty and/or staff's flight information as soon as the faculty's flight is booked.
• It is suggested that students do not book their flight until they receive this information.
• For this program, students should fly into London Heathrow Airport (LHR) and out of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG).

Accommodation

• Shared Accommodation
• Twin, Triple, or Quad share based on location
• Roommates of the same gender

Payment Schedule

Included in Payment

• Tuition - 3 credit hours
• Health and travel insurance
• Lodging (Shared with single beds)
• In-country transportation
• Airport Transfer on arrival and departure - If it falls within the provided time frame
• Select group meals
• Entry fees to all required group tours and business visits

Not Included in Payment

• Passport - must be valid for 6 months after return to the US
• Visa if required
• Airfare
• Additional meals
• Personal expenses

The CAGLE reserves the right to modify or cancel any study abroad program at any time, before or during travel, if circumstances arise that pose a risk to the health, safety, or well-being of participants. This includes, but is not limited to, global or regional health concerns, political instability, natural disasters, or insufficient enrollment.

Refund Policy

• ALL PAYMENTS INCLUDING APPLICATION FEE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
• A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE Application fee will be charged to the student's bursar once the application has been submitted.
• Installment amounts and tuition fees will be charged to the student's bursar account as reflected on the payment schedule. If a student withdraws from the program for any reason, the installments WILL NOT BE REFUNDED once the listed dates have passed.
