Learning objectives
The course aims to provide participants with basic knowledge of business administration and to enable them to recognize the connections between performance and financial cycles, evaluate the effects of changes on the balance sheet and income statement, and derive basic conclusions for corporate management.

There are no prerequisites for the course.
Fees
The course fee is 450 after matriculation and 510 for contact studies.

The course is taught by Prof. Dr. Rouven Trapp, Professor for Controlling and Health Management at the Institute for Controlling.
