Aims

This topic aims to:

1. Enhance participants' understanding of the value and application uses of virtual healthcare service delivery to business and clinical decision making.
2. Explore the role of managing virtual assessments and continuous improvement in supporting patients, clinicians, and managers in the provision and coordination of required care outcomes.
3. Empower health service managers and leaders with the knowledge and competencies required in the innovation and co-design of best practice virtual care.
4. Enhance participants' skills and preparedness for the roles, tasks, governance, and challenges of senior leadership and management of healthcare organisations utilizing methods and tools of strategic management and effective processes for leading transformational change in health.
