Master of Property Investment and Development

For the 120 credit point pathway, applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree in a business or Australian Property Institute (API)-recognized cognate discipline, or any discipline with a minimum of two years of full-time equivalent managerial/professional work experience in roles related to property valuation, management, investment, and analysis. The 80 credit point pathway requires a graduate diploma or higher in a property-related discipline, or an undergraduate degree in a property-related discipline with a GPA of 5.0 or higher.
Program Structure
The program length and structure vary based on the student's previous study background and work experience. The 160 credit point pathway is two years full-time or four years part-time, the 120 credit point pathway is one year and six months full-time or three years part-time, and the 80 credit point pathway is one year full-time or two years part-time.
Accreditation
The program is accredited by the Australian Property Institute (API) and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Students who complete specific subjects can achieve certifications such as Certified Practising Valuer (CPV), Certified Property Practitioner (CPP), and Certified Commercial Property Manager (CCPM).
