The GASSHUKU Program with IIT-Guwahati is a week-long cultural exchange and collaborative learning experience that brings together students from the University of Tsukuba and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati. The program is scheduled to take place from September 28 to October 3, 2025.

Program Details

• The program is open to undergraduate and master's students.
• The focus areas of the program include real-world topics like food, health, sustainability, and community.
• Participants will engage in field experiences such as farmers' markets and sustainable agriculture in Japan.
• Mixed Japan-India teams will be formed to develop creative proposals addressing shared challenges.
• The most impactful ideas will have the potential to be launched as real projects in Japan and India.
