The TASTE Overseas Short-Term Language Learning Program (English) is designed to improve language skills through short-term language programs at partner universities. The program provides support with procedures, financial assistance, and credit recognition.

Application and Selection
Application Method
- Apply directly to the partner university's website.
- Arrange for air tickets, accommodation, and visa.
- Apply to the International Education Office at the home university. Note: Steps 2 and 3 can be done in any order.

Financial Support
Scholarship
- All participants will receive a scholarship of ・110,000 (for USA and Canada) or ・90,000 (for Australia and Philippines).
- Additional scholarships are available for those with Japanese nationality or permanent residence who meet the academic requirements.
- USA and Canada: ・110,000
- Australia: ・180,000
- Philippines: ・90,000
Credits and Fees
Credits
- Credits will be recognized for English overseas training, practical science and technology English overseas training, etc.
Fees
- The program fee is approximately ・300,000 to ・1,000,000.
Important Dates
Application Deadline
- November 25, 2025, for De La Salle University
- December 3, 2025, for programs starting in February
- January 5, 2026, for programs starting in March
Notes
- Participants must ensure that their exam schedule does not conflict with the study abroad period.
- Study abroad is not a reason for a make-up exam.
