Overview

The Joint Doctoral Program in Advanced Physical Education and Sports for Higher Education is a collaborative program between the University of Tsukuba and the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Kanoya. The program aims to provide advanced research and education in the field of physical education and sports.

Research Guidance System

The program features a research guidance system, where students are supervised by multiple faculty members. The main supervisor is one faculty member, and the sub-supervisors are two or three faculty members, including at least one from each university. One of the faculty members will also serve as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and coordination among the supervisors.
