Introduction to the Antrepreneurship Global Overseas Training Program (Sri Lanka)
The Antrepreneurship Global Overseas Training Program (Sri Lanka) is a unique educational opportunity offered by the Tokyo University of Science. This program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive learning experience, combining academic knowledge with practical skills and cultural immersion.
Overview
The program is scheduled to take place from March 3rd to March 14th, 2025. It is open to regular undergraduate and graduate students in the science and engineering fields. The program includes a workshop with students from the Lanka Nippon BizTech Institute (LNBTI), visits to world heritage sites such as Sigiriya Rock, Dambulla Cave Temple, and Anuradhapura, as well as an exploration of Geoffrey Bawa's architecture.

Application Guidelines
Detailed application guidelines for the Antrepreneurship Global Overseas Training Program (Sri Lanka) are available. An information session was held, and for those who missed it, a video of the session can be provided upon request.
Selection Process
The selection process involves a document screening and an interview. The interview dates are scheduled for October 29th, 30th, 31st, and November 18th, with November 19th as a reserve day.
Number of Participants
Approximately 10 students will be selected for the program.
Credits
Participants can earn credits for the following courses:
- B1-2: Global Overseas Training Basic 1 CD (ENT.G111)
- B3-4: Global Overseas Training 1 CD (LAW.X301)
- M1-2: Global Overseas Training 1 CD (ENT.G311)
Expenses
The estimated cost for the program is around 250,000 yen, which includes airfare and accommodation fees.
Scholarships
The Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) scholarship system is available, with a scholarship amount of 80,000 yen for those who meet the conditions.
Application Deadline
The application deadline is October 27th, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., with a second recruitment deadline on November 17th, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
