The Gest緌 de Projetos program is an online course that provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully lead a project from start to finish. The course is designed to help participants develop their project management skills, including planning, execution, and control.

Description

The program is based on the Project Based Learning methodology and covers various aspects of project management, including project design, innovation, team management, risk management, and project execution. The course consists of 9 modules, each focusing on a specific area of project management.

Objectives

The objectives of the program are to enable participants to:

• Configure a project for success
• Transform a project objective into action steps
• Manage and motivate a project team
• Prepare a project plan and identify potential threats and opportunities
• Execute the project plan and maintain it on track
• Deliver and transition the project solutions
• Close the project and identify lessons learned

The program consists of 9 modules, each with a specific focus:

Methodologies

The program uses a project-based learning approach, with a combination of synchronous and asynchronous sessions. The synchronous sessions are conducted via videoconferencing, and the asynchronous sessions involve individual and group work.

• Middle and senior managers in public and private organizations
• Professionals and students interested in project management certification
• Anyone looking to develop their project management skills

Formators

The program is taught by a team of experts from APOGEP.

Duration and Schedule

The program runs from April 13, 2026, to June 16, 2026, with a total of 83 hours of instruction. The schedule includes:

• 63 hours of synchronous sessions (Monday and Wednesday evenings, 19:00-22:30)
• 20 hours of asynchronous work (individual and group work)

Fees

The program fees are:

• 920 for ex-TecMinho students, University of Minho academic community, and unemployed individuals (with proof of unemployment)
• 950 for other participants
