Program Overview
Year in Business Management at Kent
The Year in Business Management is a program designed for University of Kent undergraduate students who want to gain knowledge in business and management. This program can be taken either between Stage 2 and Stage 3 of their degree or at the end of Stage 3.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Year in Business Management, students must:
- Be a University of Kent undergraduate student
- Be currently in Stage 2 or Stage 3 of their degree
- Have an average of 50% or above in their current degree program
- Not be a current Kent Business School student
Modules
The program consists of the following compulsory modules:

Students who successfully complete the Year in Business Management and their home degree will graduate with the addition of "with a Year in Business Management" to their main degree title.

The Year in Business Management should be viewed as an additional year of study, making a three-year degree into a four-year degree. Students who pay their own tuition fees will have to pay for an extra year. For those eligible, student loans should normally be available for all four years.
