Introduction to the BSc Economics Program

Course Structure

The BSc Economics program is structured into three stages, each with compulsory and optional modules.


Stage 1

  • Microeconomics II: Examine market characteristics and the strategic aspects of individual decision-making, which may lead to market failures.
  • Introductory Econometrics: Learn how to answer economic questions using economic data and econometric techniques.

Stage 3

  • Applied Econometrics: Emphasize the wider application of econometric estimation and model-building, guided by real economic empirical situations.
