Academic Integrity
The university offers a non-credit course, Integrity 1000, which is designed to help students learn about academic integrity and its importance.
Course Information
Integrity 1000 is a required course that must be completed in the first term of studies. It covers topics such as understanding academic integrity, university regulations, and how to complete university work with integrity.
Course Completion Requirements
Students must achieve a grade of 12/15 (80%) on each of the two quizzes included in the course to pass. The course is available online, and students have until week seven of their first semester to complete it.
Course Structure
The course is structured to be completed step-by-step, with links to resources for more information about academic integrity. There are no textbooks required, and students can repeat the modules and quizzes as many times as needed to pass the course. Once completed, students will have access to a version of the course for reference throughout their university career.
