Process Engineering Program
The process engineering program is a diversified discipline that encompasses new development, design, optimization, and operation of sustainable processes for human needs, ensuring safety and protection of the environment. Process engineers process substances through biological, chemical, and physical processes to produce useful products such as petrochemicals, gasoline, food, pharmaceuticals, metals, and alloys.

Process Engineering at Memorial
Memorial's process engineering program is unique in that it is the first of its kind in Canada with a mandatory co-op program, which provides students with opportunities to work in a range of industries from oil production to cheese processing. Students will also learn in state-of-the-art laboratories and participate in unique research projects that are changing the future of engineering.
Admission Requirements
To apply for admission into the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, indicate Bachelor of Engineering in the appropriate place on the undergraduate application for admission. In addition to meeting the general admission requirements, students will also need to meet the admission requirements set out by the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science.
