Paralegal II
Course Description
Advanced Paralegal Concepts builds on the skills learned in Paralegal I. This seven-week course covers:
- Advanced legal research and writing
- Formal and informal advocacy
- Appellate procedure
Coursework
The coursework is equivalent to 45 clock hours of study and provides a working knowledge of legal authority, law office management, substantive law, and informal and formal advocacy.
