Landscape Architecture Major
The Landscape Architecture Major is a program that engages students in shaping the environmental and cultural landscape through planning and design to improve quality of life. This program teaches the artful synthesis of social and ecological processes related to planning, designing, building, and managing regenerative communities. Students will experience an immersive, intense, and rewarding education structured around a studio environment that promotes critical thinking and creative problem solving.
Landscape Architecture
The BLA program is the only LAAB accredited bachelor of landscape architecture program in the three-state region of Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee. It prepares students to plan and design environmental and cultural landscapes that improve quality of life while sustaining our ecosystems.
