Introduction to the University Program

The Diplôme d'université Cybercriminalité: Droit, Sécurité de l'information & Investigation numérique légale is a comprehensive program designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to combat cybercriminality and ensure the security of information systems.

Admission Criteria

Formation Initiale

• The program is open to students who have validated a Licence 3 (or equivalent).

Formation Continue

• This formation is aimed at professionals seeking to develop competencies in the domain of cybercriminality and information system security.
• Examples of professionals concerned by this formation include:
  • Salariés de l'industrie or collectivités locales responsible for information system security
  • Personnel charged with investigations (experts judiciaires, officiers de la Gendarmerie and Police nationale, enquêteurs privés) or their supervision in cases of computer criminality
  • Professionals of the law (Magistrats, Avocats, responsables de services juridiques) dealing with cybercriminality cases
  • Persons in charge of regulating social networks and signalement platforms

Niveau d'études Requis

• For students in formation continue, a bac + 3 level or bac + 2 with one year of professional experience is required.

Pré-requis

• A taste for new technologies and basic knowledge (bureautique) of computers and the internet are desired.
• A technical upgrading program for jurists and a legal upgrading program for non-jurist students and professionals are provided during the first month of the formation.

Inscription

Conditions d'Inscription

• Selection is based on dossier evaluation.
• The capacity for acceptance is limited to 25 students.
• The deadline for submitting candidatures is December 18, 2024.
• Courses begin on January 22, 2025.

Droits d'Inscription

• For students: €900
• For professionals: €2700 (with the possibility of paying in installments)

Volume Horaire and Duration

• The program consists of 100 hours.
• Courses start on January 22, 2025, and end on June 20, 2025, with an exam on July 3, 2025 (in Montpellier and Paris).

Rythme des Cours

• Courses are held 2 days a month (Thursday and Friday) in January, February, April, and May, and 2.5 days in March and June, with specific hours allocated for each day.
• The months of March and June are in presentiel mode, while the rest of the courses are in distanciel mode.

• A significant part of the formation can be followed in distanciel mode, with a provided calendar.
