This program focuses on the transitions in various sectors and their impact on job transformation. It aims to develop high-level competencies in training engineering to accompany job transformation in the context of these transitions.
Objectives and Contents
The program has three main objectives:
- Contribute to the development of high-level competencies in training engineering.
- Construct robust and adjusted professionalities on scientific, technical, and ethical levels.
- Discover and integrate into a professional sector.
The program is structured around:
- Interdisciplinary scientific contributions to understand transitions and their impacts on job transformation.
- Original training situations to implement project-based pedagogy and competency-based approaches.
- Engagement in research work leading to a thesis, focusing on “Sciences With and For Society.”
Organization and Public
- The program is organized over two years, with mutualized and specific teachings in Master 1 and entirely specific teachings in Master 2.
- The format includes 3 weeks in a company and 1 week of face-to-face training at the Faculty of Education per month in Master 2.
- Complementary distance learning (synchronous and asynchronous) and accompaniment for the internship and research are provided.

Admission Modalities
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- A mandatory application deposit is required on the Mon Master platform according to the national calendar.
