Master's Degree in Business Law Specialization

The Master's Degree in Business Law Specialization is a two-year program that covers the main aspects of business law, both nationally and internationally. The program is organized into four semesters and is offered by the Faculty of Law and Political Science.

  • Master's Degree in Rural Law and Agricultural Business

The Master's program aims to train lawyers or attorneys in business law who are qualified to practice in France and/or abroad, or who are pursuing an academic career.


Objectives

The objectives of the program are to:


  • Master the main subjects of business law, including contract law, labor law, tax law, corporate law, distribution, competition, intellectual property, banking, and international private law
  • Train lawyers or attorneys in business law who are qualified to practice in France and/or abroad, or who are pursuing an academic career

Master's Degree in International Trade Law

The Master's in International Trade Law meets a market need for bilingual business lawyers specializing in international matters.
