Program Overview

The Dipl¶me Universitaire ½ Certificat d'Etudes Judiciaires ╗ (DU CEJ) is a one-year program that provides an enhanced education in the judicial field. Students benefit from in-depth teachings in procedural law, which offers them better aptitude for presenting competitions (ENM, court clerk) and exams for access to judicial professions and the exercise of these professions (lawyer, justice commissioner), among others.


Admission Requirements

  • To be eligible for the program, students must be holders of a L2 degree in Law.
  • Enrollment is possible from the L3 level.

Curriculum

The students will follow teachings assured by academics and law practitioners (magistrates, lawyers, bailiffs) in the following subjects:


  • Civil Procedure (30 hours)
  • Criminal Procedure (18 hours)
  • Administrative Procedure (18 hours)
  • Labor Procedure (18 hours)
  • Tax Procedure (18 hours)

Acquired Skills

Upon completion of the program, students acquire an in-depth, theoretical, and practical knowledge in the five aforementioned subjects.
