The DU Droit des obligations supérieur program is designed to deepen and complete the core knowledge of obligations law. The program aims to reinforce students' aptitude for presenting numerous exams and competitions, such as the Prķ-capa and ENM.

Program Objectives

The program seeks to:

• Provide a certified and/or diploma-granting education in a fundamental subject area for lawyers
• Enhance students' knowledge and skills in obligations law
• Prepare students for various exams and competitions

Admission Requirements

• Entry level: Bac+3
• Initial training and Continuing training are available

• Deepen and complete the common base of knowledge that constitutes the law of obligations
• Strengthen students' ability to take numerous exams and competitions
• Provide certified and/or diploma training to lawyers on a fundamental subject
