Program Overview


Master 2 Administration des Établissements Publics de Santé

The Master 2 Administration des Établissements Publics de Santé (AEPS) is a postgraduate program designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the administration of public health establishments.


Public Cible

This program is intended for students who have completed a Master 1 degree. It is open to both initial training and re-entry students.


Pré-requis

To be eligible for this program, students must meet the following prerequisites:


  • Be a student of the Master 1 Administration Publique at IPAG, with automatic access after completing the Master 1.
  • Not be a student of the Master 1 Administration Publique at IPAG, but have a Master 1 level degree in a relevant field, with admission subject to availability and selection.

Durée et Organisation

The program offers the possibility of alternation, which allows students to gain professional experience, finance their studies, and acquire skills.


Tarif

The tuition fee is fixed by ministerial decree and is 250 euros for initial training, plus the CVEC and university fees. The program is free for scholarship holders and alternants.


Objectifs Pédagogiques

The program aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the administration of public health establishments, including:


  • Preparing students for entrance exams to the EHESP (IASS, Director of Hospital, Director of Sanitary, Social, and Medico-Social Establishments, and Hospital Administration Attaché) and the EN3S (allowing students to become directors of social security funds).
  • Teaching students to manage and direct health establishments, as well as administer social security organizations.

Programme

The program includes:


  • Specialized and multidisciplinary courses: hospital administrative culture, HRM, legal matters (hospital law, social protection law, public law), financial matters (social and hospital finances), and economic matters (health economics).
  • Career conferences.
  • Internship or alternation.

Comment Candidater

Admission is automatic for holders of the Master 1 Administration Publique from IPAG. For other candidates, admission is via the E-candidat platform, after selection and subject to availability.
