Program Overview
The "Quality Management and Control: Theory, Practice, and Tools" program is designed to prepare specialized personnel in quality control, assurance, and management. Upon successful completion, participants will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to staff quality positions in private or public organizations.

- Equip participants with the required skills to staff quality control and assurance departments in manufacturing and service companies
- Create personnel who can lead organizations in implementing quality programs
Program Structure
The program consists of several educational units, including:
- Introduction to Quality Management
- Quality Management Systems - Development of Quality Management Systems
- Quality Management Systems - Implementation of Quality Management Systems
- Quality Management Systems - Risk Management
- Techniques, Methods, and Tools for Quality Improvement
- Quality Control
- Compliance Assessment - Regulatory Compliance
- Compliance Assessment - System Audit
Program Duration and Schedule
The program lasts for 10 weeks, with classes held online via Microsoft TEAMS on Mondays from 18:00 to 20:00.
Target Audience
The program is designed for:
- Graduates of university and polytechnic schools in Greece and abroad
- Graduates of Technological Educational Institutions with at least two years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Employees with more than five years of experience in the field of quality
Admission Requirements
To participate in the program, applicants must:
- Hold a degree from a university or polytechnic school in Greece or abroad
- Have a certificate of English language proficiency at least at level B2
- Have basic computer skills and an email address
- Have uninterrupted internet access (especially for online education)
Tuition Fees
The basic cost of the program is 450 euros, payable in two installments: 50% upon registration and 50% before the end of the program.
Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
