Course Description

The course provides in-depth knowledge of the methodology for recording, documenting, and evaluating monuments and historical buildings, as well as the analysis of historical construction techniques. It covers sources of information for historical documentation of monuments and buildings, teaches the methodology for collecting and recording data that documents their historical, morphological, and constructive status, diagnoses their pathology, problems, and wear, and introduces contemporary techniques for recording.
