Foundations of Coaching Children and Teens

The Foundations of Coaching Children and Teens program is designed to help youth-serving professionals, educators, parents, and other caring adults utilize a coaching approach to support children and teens in building resilience, developing coping skills, setting goals, and enhancing their well-being.

Program Description

Coaching is an evolving practice rooted in the principles of positive psychology. This seminar will explore all aspects of effective coaching for children and teens, with the goal of maximizing critical periods in their cognitive and emotional growth. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the background of coaching, how it differs from therapy, and how it can be applied in various contexts.
