RISE: An Evidence-Based Stress Resilience Training for Leaders

RISE is an evidence-based stress resilience training program developed by Kripalu, a nonprofit organization and leader in yoga and mindfulness-based education. The program has been shared with over 100,000 people from over 150 organizations, including leadership and frontline professionals in corporate, health and human services, education, and community safety and first responders.

Program Overview

The core skill and practice of RISE is staying centered, which is the ability to monitor thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and manage them in a way that matches the situation and intentions. This program is designed for current or aspiring managers and leaders who are ready to move beyond persistent stress by embracing scientifically proven, mindfulness-based mind-body practices.
