The EdD Online Learning & Organizational Change program at Baylor School of Education is designed to equip students with the principles of teaching and learning to manage the dynamics of organizational change.

Program Details

• The program consists of 54 hours of coursework.

• Two on-campus "immersions" are required during the three-year program.
