Online Certificate Program
The seminary also offers an Online Certificate Program, which includes:
Foundation Certificate
The Foundation Certificate is a core part of the Online Certificate Program and consists of six courses:
- TCP-001: Orientation and Formation - Introduction to spiritual formation and preparation for student success.
- TCP-002: Biblical Interpretation - How to better read, interpret, and apply Scripture.
- TCP-003: Introduction to Church History - A brief overview of the Christian story with an emphasis on Baptist life in the United States.
- TCP-004: Introduction to Theology - An exploration of Christian doctrines and their practical applications.
- TCP-005: Survey of the Old Testament - An overview of the Old Testament with a focus on historical and cultural contexts.
- TCP-006: Survey of the New Testament - An overview of the New Testament with the goal of understanding Scriptures as the early church did.
