North Dallas Pre-Dental Summer Internship

Through the Health Science Studies Signature North Dallas Pre-Dental Summer Internship, students have the opportunity to earn course credit for HP 4V79: Internship.

• During the internship experience, junior and senior interns will spend five weeks during the Summer 1 session shadowing the "Who's Who of Dentistry" in the North Dallas area.
• Students will rotate weekly through specialty areas that may include:
  • Endodontics
  • Family Dentistry
  • Pediatrics
  • Periodontics
  • Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery
  • Orthodontics

• Additional Details:
  • By submitting an application for this competitive HSS experience, the applicant acknowledges the program requirement of 150-200 supervised clock hours in the combined clinical settings.
  • Students selected to participate in this program will be notified of their acceptance via email.
  • If selected, the applicant will complete an internship application.
