Hankamer School of Business Graduate PhD in Information Systems Program

The Hankamer School of Business offers a Graduate PhD in Information Systems Program, which consists of 60 hours of PhD coursework. In addition to the coursework, students must successfully complete a qualifying paper and a dissertation proposal and final defense to complete their degree.

Degree Plan

The degree plan for the program includes:

• 60 hours of PhD coursework
• A qualifying paper
• A dissertation proposal and final defense

Transfer Credit

A maximum of six hours of graduate-level coursework may be transferred from another university or degree program.

Course Sequence

Courses are offered every two years, and students are admitted to the program on even-numbered years.
