Program Overview

The Road Safety Advocate Program is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to promote road safety and reduce the number of accidents on our roads.


Program Description

The program aims to educate participants on the importance of road safety, the causes of accidents, and the measures that can be taken to prevent them. It also provides training on how to advocate for road safety policies and practices in their communities.


Admission Criteria

  • Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent
    • A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required
  • Applicants must submit a personal statement outlining their interest in road safety and their goals for the program
    • Letters of recommendation from two academic or professional references

Program Requirements

  • Completion of a minimum of 30 credits of coursework
    • Core courses include Road Safety Fundamentals, Accident Prevention, and Advocacy Strategies
    • Elective courses include Traffic Management, Vehicle Safety, and Emergency Response
  • Participation in a road safety project or internship
    • A final research paper or project on a road safety topic

Tuition Fees

The tuition fee for the program is $10,000 per year, payable in two installments.
