Diploma of the University - Cycle 2 Taxation and Accounting

Presentation

The objective is to deepen knowledge of tax law and business accounting. The training is practical and is provided mainly by professionals.


Objectives of the Training

  • Acquire knowledge and skills in accounting and tax matters
  • Master the rules of commercial accounting
  • Understand the different accounting documents
  • Pass accounting entries
  • Fill in tax returns

Target Audience

The training is aimed at students who have graduated with a degree in law or a master's degree and are destined for a career as a business lawyer or tax lawyer. It is also aimed at professionals who want to deepen their knowledge of accounting and taxation.


Prerequisites

  • Type of audience: students and professionals
  • Required diploma level: bac + 2, + 3, + 4 or professional experience

Admission Requirements

  • Recruitment based on an application file
  • Registration fee: 900 for students already enrolled in initial training, 1,800 for other publics

Organization of the Training

  • The training takes place over 1 year, with 100 hours of teaching, including 20 hours of practical work
  • The training is provided in person at the University of Lille
  • The training is divided into 2 modules:
    • Module 1: accounting (50 hours)
    • Module 2: tax law (50 hours)

Examination Conditions

  • Practical test: accounting and tax determination
  • Continuous assessment or written/oral test: other courses
  • Admission threshold: 50/100
