• Clarifying objectives and prioritizing them
• Exposing ideas, discussing, exchanging, and defending points of view and interests
• Formulating demands, critiques, follow-ups, and refusals
• Listening to differing opinions
• Positioning oneself in response to demands, critiques, and refusals
• Maintaining calm in difficult situations without severing contact
• Becoming aware of one's own aggressivity and that of others
• Utilizing resources to act in a creative and constructive manner
• Taking one's place, participating, and being an actor

Specificities of the Formation

Methodology

The pedagogical method includes:

• Individual, small group, and large group work sessions
• Theoretical contributions from approaches like Gordon, Transactional Analysis, Non-Violent Communication, Social Therapy, Gestalt, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming
• Experimentation with situations presented by the trainer and participants
• Exploitation of the group's experiences related to the theme

Trainer

The trainer, Aurélie DUBOIS, is a professional in human relations, specializing in self-affirmation, management, active listening, and coaching.
