University Program: Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations
The University Institute of Technology (IUT) of Lille offers a program in Business and Administration Management, known as Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations.
Organisation de la formation
The program is organized over 3 years, divided into 6 semestres, with a total of 1800 hours of coursework, including:
- 1800 hours of classes, guided work, and practical work
- Validation of semesters in the form of European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) credits, totaling 180 credits to validate the degree
- 26 weeks of internships spread over the three years of the program
- Competency-based evaluations and continuous assessment
- 600 hours of tutored projects
- Alternation possible from the first year
Specialization Tracks
From the second year, students choose one of four specialization tracks, each focusing on specific skills:
- Gestion Comptable, Fiscale et Financière: producing accounting, tax, and social information for organizations, and evaluating organizational activity
- Controle de Gestion et Pilotage de la Performance: designing management control tools and implementing continuous performance improvement levers
- Gestion et Pilotage des Ressources Humaines: managing personnel administration and human resource development
- Gestion, Entrepreneuriat et Management d'activités: designing value creation strategies and ensuring management and development of the value chain
Targeted Competencies
The program aims to develop the following competencies:
- Analyzing organizational processes in their environment

- Plus two specific competencies related to the chosen specialization track
