• Provide a wide and systematic knowledge of geomorphology and hydrology, including their core principles and interactions.
• Apply geographical knowledge and understanding through practical experiences, including workshops and a residential field trip.
• Develop skills in abstracting, synthesizing, and analyzing data from varied sources.
• Understand the reciprocal relationship between physical and social landscapes in the Scottish Highlands.

Assignments and Assessment

The module is assessed through coursework (100%), which includes:

• Geomorphology Workshop report (25%)
• Hydrology Workshop report (25%)
• Combined Human and Physical Geography field presentation (50%)

There is no final exam for this module.
