Introduction to the Building Next-Gen Leadership Series

The Building Next-Gen Leadership Series is a new initiative introduced by Human Resources at Kansas State University. This series is designed for any employee across the institution who aspires to lead, regardless of their position or title. Meet the Facilitator

Amanda Cebula is the facilitator for the Building Next-Gen Leadership Series. She has a passion for working with people, organizations, and businesses seeking to create change. Amanda's career in higher education and leadership development makes her an ideal candidate to lead this series. She is a communication studies graduate from K-State with minors in music and leadership studies and also holds a master's degree in management and leadership from Webster University.
