The Master's Degree in Food Safety of Animal Origin and Health aims to provide professional competencies in the field of food of animal origin and related production and service realities. The course is two years long, with non-programmed access and no obligation to attend. The didactic-formative activity, organized in semesters, guarantees a multidisciplinary training that ranges from quality and safety management of food, fundamental for human health, to food transformation and conservation processes with elements of nutraceutics, nutrigenomics, and food marketing for the promotion of products with geographical indication.
