The Landskapsarkitekt program at Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet (SLU) is a five-year program that combines design, ecology, and urban planning to create sustainable living environments.

- Matematik 3b or 3c or Matematik C
- Naturkunskap 2 (can be replaced with Biologi 1, Kemi 1, and Fysik 1a or Fysik 1b1 + 1b2)
- Samhällskunskap 1b or 1a1 + 1a2 Alternatively, students can meet the requirements with:
- Matematik fortsättning nivĺ 1b or nivĺ 1c
- Naturkunskap nivĺ 2 (can be replaced with Biologi nivĺ 1, Kemi nivĺ 1, and Fysik nivĺ 1a1 + 1a2 or Fysik nivĺ 1b)
- Samhällskunskap nivĺ 1b or nivĺ 1a1 + 1a2
Program Structure
The program consists of 300 higher education credits, with the following structure:
- 180 higher education credits of compulsory program courses
- 75 higher education credits of elective program courses
- 15 higher education credits of independent work in landscape architecture (bachelor's thesis)
- 30 higher education credits of independent work (master's thesis)
