University Program Information
The Department of Forest Ecology and Management primarily teaches within the programs of Forestry and Forest Economics at the undergraduate level. All education programs can lead to a Bachelor's degree in Forestry with the right selection of courses and are part of the Faculty of Forest Sciences at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). However, the programs in Forestry and Forest Economics can be studied in both Umeň and Ultuna.

Program Details
The program in Forest Economics focuses on entrepreneurship within the forest industry in a broad sense. This program is designed to prepare students for careers in forest companies, consulting, banking, or starting their own business.
