EMBA Program Learning Objectives
The EMBA program learning objectives are categorized into seven program learning goals (PLG):
- PLG 1: Business Knowledge: Graduates will have a deep knowledge of business operations and business environments in which their organizations operate.
- PLG 2: Application of Business Knowledge: Graduates will have a comprehensive understanding of business theories, concepts, and key functions that allow them to integrate academic learning with real business-related experience to address business complexity and management problems.
- PLG 3: Decision-Making Skills: Graduates will be able to analyze business complexity using critical thinking skills and analytical tools to create values for their organizations.
- PLG 4: Communication Skills: Graduates are expected to produce clear, concise business reports and communicate their work effectively in both oral and written forms.
- PLG 5: Teamwork and Leadership: Graduates are committed lifelong learners who work independently or in a team and demonstrate competent leadership skills.
- PLG 6: Ethical Skills and Multicultural Diversity: Graduates will demonstrate the ability to evaluate ethical, legal, and regulatory issues and apply the appropriate framework to solve business problems and dilemmas.

Admission Requirements
The admission requirements for the EMBA program include:
- Candidates must have completed a four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or 2.0/5.0, along with 5 years of working experience.
- English proficiency requirements:
- TOEFL: 500 or
- TOEFL iBT: 65 or
- IELTS: 5 or above with a minimum score of 5.0 in all parts or
- YU English Placement Test (EPT): ORN 4R&C or above.
Fees
The tuition fees for the EMBA program are SR 197,000, which includes:
- Academic program fees (4 semesters)
- WSU Graduate Certificate The fees do not include:
- Admission fees: SR 3,000 (non-refundable)
- English placement test fees: SR 500
- Foundation courses fees (if applicable): SR 2,000/hour
Application Process
The application process involves the following steps:
- Fill-in the application form
- Submit the required documents, including:
- A copy of the original bachelor certificate
- A copy of the student academic records
- English Proficiency Scores: TOEFL, IELTS
- A copy of the national ID or Iqama
- Updated CV
- Two recommendation letters
- The Graduate Admission Office will review all applications and notify the result by email.
- Accepted students will be provided with a payment link to pay the admission fees, reserve the seat, and issue the university number.
