The Master of Engineering (Non-Thesis) Program in Geological Engineering is designed for individuals who have completed undergraduate or advanced degrees, as well as those currently enrolled as undergraduate students at The Colorado School of Mines. This program can be pursued as a standalone graduate degree or as a combined undergraduate/graduate degree.

Program Structure

The program consists of 30 credits, divided into two main components:

• 24 hours of coursework
• 6 hours of independent study, which includes a non-thesis project

Eligibility and Enrollment

The program is open to individuals who already hold undergraduate or advanced degrees. Additionally, students who are currently matriculated as undergraduate students at The Colorado School of Mines can enroll in the program as part of a combined undergraduate/graduate degree pathway.
